Partner Stretching! - 3 sets: hold for 10 seconds

1. Put one hand on partner's shoulder and hold your ankle with the other hand, bending your knee

2. Put both hands on partner's shoulder and lower your upper body, moving the hips back

3. Hold both wrists and lean back with one foot forward

4. Open arms, standing back to back and pull partner's arms with crossed shoulders

5. ① Stand with your partner and put your feet apart
② Bend your knee, putting one hand on the floor and extending the other hand over the upper body to reach partner's hand
③ Switch sides, and repeat on the other side
